Sid W. Dykstra
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dykstra is a professional engineer in Alberta with over 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Alberta and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University. Prior to joining Cinch as Chief Executive Officer in November 2009, Mr. Dykstra was the President and Chief Executive Officer of OPTI Canada Inc.. He previously was the President of Hunt Oil Company of Canada Inc., a co-founder and President and Chief Operating Officer of Newport Petroleum Corporation. He has a track record of building strong organizations and joined the Company with the mandate to build Cinch into a leading, intermediate sized producer.

George Ongyerth
President
Mr. Ongyerth is a professional geologist with over 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Ongyerth earned a Bachelor of Applied Science, Geological Engineering with a major in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia in 1972. Prior to joining Cinch, he was President of Hunt Oil Company of Canada, Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Ongyerth held the position of Vice President of Exploration at Newport Petroleum Corporation for five years and Hillcrest Resources Ltd. prior to that. During his tenure at Newport Petroleum Corporation, where he was responsible for the overall exploration strategy and direction of the exploration program, production grew from 4,100 BOE/d to 23,400 BOE/d. Mr. Ongyerth's most recent experience at Hunt significantly enhanced his familiarity and knowledge about the Chime play that is Cinch Energy Corp.'s focus.

Sarah Tait
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Tait is a Chartered Accountant and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Cinch Energy Corp.  Ms. Tait has been with Cinch Energy since May 2005 starting in the position of Controller and moved to the position of Chief Financial Officer in November 2007.  Prior thereto, Ms. Tait was an audit manager at Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants.  She worked on numerous audits of junior, as well as, large public oil and gas companies. Ms. Tait obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2003 and her Bachelor of Commerce in 2001 from the University of Calgary.

Marcus McLafferty
Vice President, Land

Mr. McLafferty has been with the Company since January, 2005 and has over 30 years experience in land negotiations in Western Canada. Mr. McLafferty has worked as a professional landman with various companies, including Mobil Oil Canada, Hunt Oil Company of Canada, Inverness Petroleum Ltd., Vintage Petroleum Canada, and a number of small Canadian junior exploration and production companies. Mr. McLafferty graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1973 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, USA, and is an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Rod Lebbert
Vice President, Engineering and Business Development
Mr. Lebbert is a professional engineer with over 27 years of experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry. Mr. Lebbert earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and began his career at Shell Canada Ltd in 1982. Prior to joining Cinch, Mr. Lebbert was Vice President Engineering and Operations at Vigilant Exploration Inc. which was active in the Kakwa / Chime area, one of Cinch’s focus areas. Prior thereto, Mr Lebbert held executive positions with several junior producers including Outrider Energy, Dunvegan Exploration, Case Resources and Stampeder Exploration. While at Stampeder, production grew from 2500 BOE/d to over 40,000 BOE/d in a three year period. Mr. Lebbert is a member of APEGGA and SPE.

C. Steven Cohen
Secretary
Mr. Cohen has practiced corporate and securities law for over 23 years. Mr. Cohen earned a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Alberta and received his Law Degree from the University of Toronto . He acts for various public and private companies and underwriters on various securities and corporate law matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equities securities, take-over bids, mergers, reorganizations and other business combinations, corporate governance, stock exchange listing matters and regulatory compliance matters . Mr. Cohen is a partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP and has served on advisory committees to the Alberta Securities Commission and the predecessor to the TSX Venture Exchange and has taught securities law at the University of Calgary law school.
