Resthaven, Alberta
During 2006, the Company participated, through farmout, in a significant dual zone gas discovery. The Dunvegan zone started producing in November, 2006 and the Gething zone will be completed and commence production in 2007. The two zones are planned to be commingled, once pressures allow, at an estimated rate of 3 mmcfpd in 2007.

Wapiti, Alberta
Cinch has a producing well in Wapiti and holds approximately 907 gross and net acres in the area.

Doe, Alberta
Situated 35 kilometers northeast of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and relatively close to our Dawson West property, these lands have similar prospectivity to that of Dawson West. A test well was drilled at 02-24-081-13w6m and while it failed to discover the prognosed pay zone in the Kiskatinaw, it did encounter a potentially productive Boundary Lake zone.

Wilder, British Columbia
Cinch has committed to complete a cased gas well and drill and complete an additional well in 2007 for 50% working interest in 4 sections of land. The Company will also have the option to drill a well to earn a 50% working interest in an additional 8 sections of land.

Miscellaneous
The Company also holds land in Bilbo, Gold Creek, Karr, and Red Rock, totaling approximately 11,200 gross acres (10,784 net).
